Watching old movies I've become a fan of Charles Starrett. So I stopped to watch this and it turned out to have some substance to it. I really enjoyed an old time look into the human condition and the mistakes one can make trying to fit a square peg into a round hole. I admired the boys for not rolling over and letting their fathers run them. Given the time this movie was made it of course has a happy ending but I don't mind that once in a while.
"Just look after the potatoes and see that they don't burn while I'm upstairs."
Uh-oh…
Actually, I really enjoyed this one, thanks.
classical old movies is like an old fashioned bowl of vanilla ice cream. Never goes out of style. Its only people that people minds go out of style.
