1. Joan was an amazing actress. She was terrific in all her movies. I do love her in early movies. She was great in everything she did. I do also love all the later movies as well.They ain't a movie actress who can fill her shoes. They may try but they won't succeed.

8. Love John Mac Brown in this one, what a dish! Too bad for whatever reasons Studious decided not to make him in a measure movie star. Didn't care for Joan Crawford here, didn't seem like a good part for her! In general probably more B-C class that one.

15. The Jewish peddler from the Bronx doesn't work as comedy relief but since this is more of a vaudeville sketch than a movie anyway, it's all good.

17. 30 minutes into the movie and I still cannot figure out what it is all about ….

19. Most of this movie was filmed on location in Montana.Joan is luminous and JMB is very handsome, but Cliff Edwards and Benny Rubin are very annoying, and I would have thought so in 1930!
