an american to the rescue !…………………….oh brother!
Good movie but that Elaine seemed wishy-washy with those men? Jeez……nice to see a movie i have not seen before and James Arness in it was treat!
Convoluted plot, itโs all over the place but fun to watch .
I love all these old films they're great
JAMES ARNESS NEEDED A NEW HAIRSTYLE FOR THIS MOVIE. THAT BIG FLOWER IN FRONT OF HIS HEAD HAD TO GO.
HOW FAKE CAN A MOVIE GET.๐๐๐๐๐
Adventure, romance and action galore. The fortunate demise of monstrous reptiles was just right. Thumbs up!
that one guy has the profile of john bellucci
the hebrides is the islands around scotland not austrailia
I had trouble understanding all of the harsh Australian accents.
Finally! A movie to take one's mind off of all the unfathomable tragedy that is of the news these days. Very well done all round. The giant ancient monsters are a bit of a stretch, but even they were well done even by today's standards!! I will be back to these key word searches of "adventure classics" I think very much in the near future. Thank you very much.
Would have been better without the off screen narration. BUT good in the best tradition of 1950s schloch.
It's Marshall Dillon aka James/Jim Arness aka James Aurness! The deciding factor in me being here. ๐๐๐
Hukum from a time when movies were quite different, as were audiences. James Arness went on to fame.
A moment of silence for all the "dinosaurs" that were most definitely harmed, terrorized or killed in the making of this movie.
Many of the island effects including the dinosaurs and woman getting swept away by lava are from the original 1 Million BC starring Victor Mature. A "campy" but enjoyable respite.

The REAL ACTION starts at 27:54 with the arrival of the pirate ship & the pirates take hostages & sail away only to be caught by the 'good guys' ship & a great battle takes place with alot of good 'stunt men work'. Both ships go up in flames & a 'long boat' with some of the survivors takes them to a Dinosaur infested volcanic island. Read the description for the ENTIRE PLOT. Fun black & white early BASIC sci-fi Pirate Adventure! Kudos to the young girl for her acting- GLORIA PETROFF as "Janice"!! LONG BEFORE "JACK SPARROW" "MATT DILLION" quick-draws & punches out' bad guy PIRATES in his FLUFFY WHITE SHIRT!! Loved the movie!!! Thanks 'VIRALITY TEEVEE' for this upload!!
"Two Lost Worlds" is by no means a classic, it entertains, and for most movies that's something. While this movie has special effects and "dinosaurs" (lizards in make-up), it is very hard to classify this as a real science fiction movie, even under the very un-demanding criteria of the time.
For the most part, this movie is a pirate-style adventure and i love it.
Thanks ๐
Thanks great movie๐๐๐
Good ole classic oldie, thanks!
