Very cute movie with great way to look at relationships. I do not own any rights to this movie.

  1. I really enjoyed watching this movie. The clothes and interior decorating were gorgeous. Bobby Darin was a good actor and Sandra Dee a good actress. The were a beautiful couple. Speaking as a former hairstylist, I have to say that the comb over Sandra Dee wore was driving me crazy. I wanted to grab a hairbrush and fix her hair so many times during the movie.

  2. I adore this film and am tickled to watch it again!!! Any chance you can share/add, "I'd Rather Be Rich?" … another favorite Sandra Dee film of mine <3

  3. Loved this movie back then – still delightful now. Mama's system is brilliant, and tres Francais. Lovely to see adorable & charming Sandra Dee and Bobby Darin in the leads. Thank you so much for making this film available!

  4. Seeing this absolutely nonsense clip makes one realize why this country is in such a mess! This absolute stupidity is what people were fed as entertainment.

  5. Sandra Dee had that combination of girl next door and sexiness! She was as good in drama's as she was in comedies. Thanks for uploading this ! Bobby Darrin is often underrated today but he was really a talented and magnetic man!

  6. I can't help but watch this movie again! It is adorable, as is Sandra Dee. I would have given a million bucks for a mother like hers.

  7. Sooooo good to see these old fun movies I remember my mom taking us to see when my brother & I when we were little! Seeing those familiar & heart tugging names Sandra Dee, Ross Hunter & Bobby Darin come across the screen was so wonderful to see! What great memories this movie stirred up in my heart! May all three Rest In Peace!♥️💕♥️💕♥️💕♥️💕♥️💕♥️💕♥️💕♥️💕♥️

  8. What a fun, silly movie. I’ve watched it so many times I know the lines. Sandra Dee’s clothes were spectacular. I never thought Bobby Darin was right for her; he was too fast and experienced. Being a lover of Boston Terriers, I was thrilled to see their darling little dog, Mrs. Aply. Thanks for posting.

  9. I grew up with Bobby Darin …born Waldon Robert Casado. We lived in the Projects on Delancey St.His niece Vivian was my friend, and Miss Polly was his mother.

  10. I used to watch old movies on Channel 38 Boston when I was in high school every weekend… And I never saw this one… Thank you so much for posting it!

  11. You should have led off with "professional photographer" and not "ten dollars an hour", Gene…then maybe you wouldn't have been slapped twice!

  12. Intro WAY too long AND pointless………….not to mention the "high production" values………..
Wake me up when the film actually begins……….

  13. Thank you for a great old movie. Tried to watch my all time favorite last night..A Summer Place… but had to rent or buy. Shame..I had to miss it.😭

  14. My daughter and I watched this movie together and we loved it…so grateful to met James Darren in person in 2011 and wished I could have met Sandra Dee too…but she's in Heaven now still being delightful and so grateful for finding all her movies and I watched them regularly…her mother was very classy and I wished relationships could be this fun, but without the Dog Book…love it all now back to the movie, Bobby was a delight to watch as well!!!

  15. You never see those 4×5 view cameras anymore. A view camera is a large-format camera in which the lens forms an inverted image on a ground glass screen directly at the plane of the film. The image viewed is exactly the same as the image on the film, which replaces the viewing screen during exposure.
