  2. The last 41 minutes of the film are cut off. Why? If you upload a movie you shouldn't do it without showing the end of it! The ending of a movie is the most important part of it! I am very disappointed although I have to admit that I saw this movie complete in German TV many years ago! Still I would have liked to see the end of it on your channel! The movie is a great one but if the end is missing it's only half the pleasure to watch it! Thumb down!

  3. I am watching this and I hear the word Lydia and all I can think of is Lydia burchill and leanada loftus who made my school years hell with their evil bullying
    They were horrible girls
    I hope they have learned how to be nice people 55 years later just the words Lydia and Leanda ( her mother was a ballet teacher.. you know who you are) are enough to make me sick to my stomach.

  15. thank you for posting this , always enjoyed this movie one of my all time favorites . Thank you for having the Japanese subtitles would have been very shameful to have this beautiful movie uploaded and it is dubbed in Japanese and cannot be enjoyed . Hollywood Biblical and historical epics were absolutely beautiful in very single way during the fifties and sixties , the colour was magnificent silver was silver , blue was blue , just fabulous , the costumes amazing , jewelry absolutely beautiful , and they were meant to be in colour , not imagine them being made any other way . Thank you again for this .

  17. My favorite part of this movie is the subplot about the love between Eunice the slave and Petronius, the great Roman statesman and advisor to Nero. Petronius is such a bonehead he can't see that Eunice is madly in love with him. When he finally realizes that she loves him, the actor who plays Petronius, the look on his face is just wonderful. Its the best part of the movie. In the few scenes they get, they seem so happy I wondered if they might have fallen in love in real life. And then they die together in the movie! I loved it when I was a kid and I still do. I know its a bit cheesy but so what.

  24. Was glad to see that–early in the movie–it was said that Nero was the Anti-Christ. Lot's of Christians today think that the Anti-Christ has yet to come, but Nero was the Anti-Christ according to John who wrote, "Revelations." To figure this out, you have to do some numerology. There were numbers assign to the letters in old languages, Greek and Hebrew and Aramaic. John wrote in Aramaic. Anyway, if you add the numbers to certain letters it comes of with 666 and Nero. I'm sure that there are videos here on You Tube to explain this much better. Regardless, for the Apostal John, Nero was the Anti-Christ. Thus, Jesus did not return destroy the Anti-Christ Nero when Nero was alive so Revelations is bullshit. Thus, Trump nor Biden nor Putin or any world leader is the Anti-Christ. That bullshit has come and passed. We were not put here on Earth by God-of-the-Bible. We ascended–not descended–from hominid creatures that live from 12 million years ago to 40,000 years ago, such as Australopithecus-afarensis, Paranthropus, Homo-habilis, Homo-erectus, and so forth. The best book to read in order to understand this is Professor Robert Jarmain's, "Introduction to Physical Anthropology," 15th Edition. Good luck people.     This is a movie that always inspired my family, it increased our faith at the first time my father who is in Paradise at the moment bought the cassette and the hole family gathered and watched it in a sorrowful manner..
