It's on of the favourites movies of mine. People who are gonna watch that, you won't regret it. I'm moved by the story, and the way actors played their roles.
Great to watch.
How sweet. What a beautiful time when people were so much kinder and respectful. This was once our people and country.
I so wanted to be able to be at that New Year's Eve party!
Rabies
Ginger Rogers was such a beauty!
What a great movie, thank you. These are perfect when you cannot sleep. Wonderful story and great actors.
Delightful story, filled with optimism. (The hope of a better future, the hope of an end to the war, the hope of a family and home for two damaged people.) The observation that life always provides challenging, unexpected troubles, (dog attack), the unguarded word, the fragility of each moment. (Can not cross State Line) A GEM.
Where can I find something pure like this in the modern word?
It must be tiresome to hear "When I was young…In the old days…", etc. But, life was very much like this inasmuch as you had small towns with friends and neighbors you knew their whole lives. You went to church together. The sidewalks were safe, always. There was a common bond: believing in God and believing in America. Since the "Me" Generation, we've hit bottom. Oh poor, poor dear America.
I love these movies. Much rather watch this than tv nowdays
I USED TO HAVE A CRUSH ON GINGER ROGERS, BUT I DON'T THINK SHE'S SO HOT NOW. SHE JUST LOOK HOT IN THE MOVIES SHE MADE WITH FRED ASTAIRE.
Brought tears of joy to my eyes. Nice slow pace show; with the right choice of actors. Thanks.
Thatβs good movie I injoy it
Yes! Because people went to church and had a foundation for their life.
Thank you. I love this movie!
She doesn't want to hurt anyone, but keeps doing it.
When the baby started crying ππ
When was rock, paper , scissors invented?
These old movies have class, dignity and morality!!!! Thousands of times BETTER than what is made today with depravity and evil!!!!!!!!!!!!
It's called P.T,S.D. today and there is a lot of help available.
HORRIBLE TRAUMATIZING MOVIE! THESE ARE THE HIGHEST ACTORS IN THE BUSINESS THEY COULD OF HAD MUCH BETTER ROLES TO PLAY!
No degeneracy. Just poetry and delightfulness
my my! Shirley Temple is all grown up here!
Thanks for posting this. Enjoyed it very much.
Bravo!!!
Where my family at 1940s ππ
Woman's boss invited her to a fake party to get her alone and she accidentally kills him while he was trying to rape her. Later, stranger says, "Hey, let's ride up to the mountains on a bus where we can be alone". I say, "Sure, why not?"
Thanks for upload. You made my Saturday night π
