  1. Unlike the film based on the first part of the autobiography, this film is not very loyal to the book which I detaste, film's story has very little to do with the original story.

  2. Specibo Mosfilm. The river scenery is great. Soviet prison barge, multi story floating barracks or hotel ??? Paddle steamer looking like it's still working in the late '30's.

  3. He borrowed books from another woman before the beautiful woman and her daughter moved in. I am very disappointed that they didn't mention her
