  1. Have a question, but it’s definitely a spoiler…. Please scroll down to see question.

What on earth were his final words? Couldn’t understand what he was mumbling.

  2. Despite the great cast, this movie does tend to flag a bit after the excellent title sequence. I think there could have been way more tension if the viewer believed that the Alan Bates character was investigating the insurance fraud and was only pretending to be coincidentally on his hols. The director should have coaxed a slightly harder performance from Bates to achieve this.

  3. what a treat…….after 60 yrs..i'd forgotten lee with her myopic , bedroom eyes……….no wonder i had such a crush in high school…..and the movie was pretty good too , with a little authentic gypsy singing , and views of spain .

  4. Hate to be a spoiler, but he also sat, stooped, jumped in bed, limped, leaned, flew, drove, kissed, swam, smoked, played bull, changed clothes & other things as spent lots of money. At some time had to drink some tea, but mostly whiskey…and someone combed his hair well frequently. Sings but, he doesn't dance. Seen him float. I actually didn't catch him running that much, man. Thank God, someone goes to Church to ensure he's eternally remembered.
