  1. Bruce Wayne and Dick Grayson had the same demographics as Batman and Robin. Dick stayed with Bruce at his millionaire mansion. Just what was that all about? Oh yeah.๐Ÿ˜ฎ

  2. This was better than Superman, Jimmy Olsen, and Lois Lane. Jimmy Olsen was always getting himself into trouble for Superman to get him out of. Robin was Batman' s sidekick, partner, and teammate. Oh yeah.๐Ÿ˜ฎ

  3. Didnโ€™t realize this was ALL the shows, thought it would be a movie. But this FOUR HOUR BLOCKBUSTER is the best thing ever. That baddie โ€œThe Wizardโ€ is a total dobber. Also Robin was useless, next time take Vikki Dale with you Bat boy!โค

  4. I love that Wayne Manor is basically just a rectangular Colonial Revival home in the suburbs, like the one I grew up in. Folks are just strolling by on the sidewalk, Batman probably makes Robin mow that lawn.

  5. In the early 50s I lived in a theatre. My uncle ran the Batman serials on Saturday matinees . Place was packed. I was probably 6 years old. I'm 72 and haven't seen it for years watching it now!

Not sure what i was expecting, but i confess i was pleasently suprised by this gem. Quite enjoyable. Thanks for sharing.

  7. Amazing how one dimensional these pioneer movies were. Although based on the core creativity of writers and illustrators it would take these movies many years to become palatable.

  8. Batman's costume was perfectly awful and annoyingly loose-fitting. Compare to the uniforms worn by Superman and Captain Marvel in the movie serials. Interesting that the man who played Commissioner Gordon, Lyle Talbot, also played Lex Luther in Atom Man vs. Superman that same year.

  9. The music was so nostalgic wow. Havenโ€™t seen this since i was a young kid in the 1990s, had this on multiple vhs tapes. Im going to enjoy watching this as memory of it is limited, curious what would have completely gone over my head as a kid. My opinion of it back then was it was kind of boring, but i liked it enough that I would watch it.
