Hello Friends, I’ve uploaded this film for you to enjoy! It is definitely family-friendly!
This is a well-written and acted story, with real people, real problems, as relevant today as it was 70+ years ago.
The story concerns a loving Father who is desperately trying to give his son a better life than he would have (lovingly and morally) with his Mother. You’ll understand why after watching. The acting is true-to-life. Of course, children weren’t as bombarded by media “values” as they are today, so you may find yourself wishing to live with your children in the past when it was, lets be honest, easier to parent children. You may shed a tear or two, but it’s okay π We all need a good escape from this hard life we daily live, don’t we? So make some popcorn, sit back, and enjoy good acting, a heart-wrenching, then warming family story.
Great to watch with your kids! Thanks again for watching my channel. And thanks so much for being one of my dear SUBSCRIBERs!

Wow! What a touching and very very beautiful movie. My heart almost broke just watching it . Indeed a heart rending movie. Great acting with both Father and Son. Thank you for sharing this movie with me. I am sure many will be touched deeply watching this excellent film
Beautiful and touching movie ππ
Great movie! I very much enjoyed it. Thank you so very much for the upload. It is much appreciated! Blessings!π
What a wonderful film. Such good men in this boy's life. Such a good boy too. And with only 11:30 minutes into the film and already tears are flowing with that first song that sets the stage for the rest of the movie. Great love between father and son.
perfect film.
Love
A formula film, but a real tear-jerker with outstanding performances by Billy Lee and John Boles. The Billy Lee character should have proposed himself to be the next Red Deer.
Yes, a charming heart-warming film. I thought the child actor Billy Lee who played Danny Carter was superb….. But was it actually John Boles who sang? If so, what a voice!

That was lovely, thank you! The boy actor was amazing…yes I did shed a year or two. And the singing…oh my!
For more than 70 years and still like to watch
Damn I love John Boles!!πππ Heβs amazing in every movie he ever played in!! Such a a great actor. And one of the most handsome men ever!!π I just love old movies too!! Thereβs nothing better than an old movieπππ₯° Superbπ
Cute movie on father-son relationship. Truly tear jerking.
These were stories of worth and value… and that's why they endure time πππΆπ
So good holy shit
Ahhhhhhh….luv this movie
This is the great America that is lost today since the 90's. What a great movie. So nice and polite.
movies like this kept good actors working… makes you wonder what happened to them?
Just watched this wonderful old film. I love how the boy realized he'd been a ham actor just like his father explained to him.
What a wonderful movie!
Heart warming film……….
John Boles is good in this, but I prefer his performance in CRAIG'S WIFE.
Iβm literally 9 minuets in the movie and it reminds me of Will Smith movie the Pursuit of Happiness.
Good movie!
Great movie. I love these type of films
And i thought he saying "It's Dino-mite" was a 60-70's saying.
Thank you for such a great movie! 110% excellent!
Dear one4allfor1,
Thank you for these posts. How did you start your own channel? How do you upload content?
Is this your main income source?
I'm new to YouTube and am trying to understand how some people do effectively earn $ via starting their own YouTube channels.
If you could share insights that would be inspiring!
Best To You!
I LOVED THIS MOVIE! Thanks for another great oneπ
Loveed it!
the father reminds me of William Powell
Wonderful and inspiring! Thank yo u so much! Wish they still made movies like this!
Singing "Vision Fugitive" at the end beautifully just blossomed out the whole story, but I wish singers would sing " foogitive" instead of "feegitive".
Absolutely Fantastic. The good guy wins in the end. Felt sorry for the Wall street Broker having number theΒ 1 selfish wife to put up with. Thanks for the upload,
This is a wonderful movie. Morally uplifting and beautifully told.
I've only watched a few minutes of it, but it looks good. Roscoe Karns is a good sign — I always like his breezy, cheeky banter. And I like John Boles as a solid, down-to-earth leading man. And also Mona Barrie. She's usually in sympathetic roles, and she's attractive without being Hollywood-beautiful. A solid, motherly type.
Great! Settling down to watch. . .
(I just looked at IMDb, and John Boles does his own singing in this movie. Talent!)
Thank you so much for your wonderful downloads I enjoy them immensely
Enjoyed this very much!
wonderful movie. john boles was one hell of a singer. thanks allfor one.
Corny as can be – but fun π
Thank you ever so kindly for sharing this wonderful old film whose "message" is still so relevant these 76 years later…I really enjoyed it…
Thank you for the trouble you have gone to in order to give us strangers some old fashion entertainment. Things now a day do not have the acting, writing or depth a director went through to get a movie made.
Great movie to emphasize the importance of a father in a young boy's life.
Wonderful – so heart warming. I cried my eyes out – thank you so much!
John Boles' final aria in this film was "Vision Fugitive" from Massenet's opera "Herodiade"
Sorry, mea culpa.
A real tear-jerker played with immense sincerity and talent, a far cry with the mature John Boles' more seasoned voice since his role as the Red Shadow in the 1929 "Desert Song". They don't make films like this because the public wants something more gross, or maybe is less informed than it was. Who recognizes, beyond opera buffs, Boles' aria "Herodiade" from
Jules Massenet's opera of that name, so admirably sung by the hero……a real treat at the end.
Never give up… Things do eventually work out… with hard work and determination…

Thank you. Loved the film. What I cannot understand is the second husband. Doe he not see his wife for the woman she is! If I were he, I'd get a divorce quick, quick, quick.
