When the magic sponge doesn't revive you, you're for it.
The march played at the start of the movie is Sons Of The Brave written in 1898 by English Bandmaster Thomas Bidgood.
COYG‼️⚽️😍
Respective presents the best, clear and clean prints. Thank you.
Too many commercials, but I like the story
Might be a good movie but I'll never know. Been driven off by constant interruptions bt Mike's Bike ads. I went to their web site looking for tires and they have been following me around ever since. They miss be dispert to sell … scarey!
Here are two more minutes of Arsenalic comedy – Wenger, Henry and chums meeting the Queen, as commentated by Mock the Week https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z8WdVBWp-yw
Hello again, Luke Moore!
What could have been a good movie, turned out to be a silly movie.
I couldn't take it anymore…I'm switching 2 the next movie. 🥺
WAG at the 5.26 mark…
Adds about every 4 to 6 minutes , I lasted 36 minutes before it became to much

The damn movie kept interrupting the ads. A record for interruptions.
Can't hardly wait to see the third half…..
ENTERTAINING, plays like a combination of Sherlock Holmes-with-many-hats and a light comedy, well focused print.
They are still trying to sort this mystery out . Why Arsenal can’t win any tophies
A wonderful surprise , great movie 👍 and thanks for the post
Nothing spoils a good movie like inserting too many commercials… what a waste of time….
cool setting, in the old Highbury grounds, with an Inspector Clouseau type detective; but the ending is a bit flat
Trojans, must be a league two team 😀
Much enjoyed. Love the witty script, the lesson on "chesters", historical footy footage, and good looking Swedish girls who always get their man.
great film shame they are not made like it anymore the rubbish they make these days and the price you have to pay to watch them
what a great film, some good footy too ,the Gunners could use this talent now
Thanks for posting this delightful film… I love the opening title march and find that it was composed (as was the score for the entire film) by the renown Hungarian film music master Miklós Rózsa.
He was born with a silver football in his mouth lol This film is a gem thanks so much for uploading
I couldn't follow the plot but who cares. Thoroughly entertaining. Thanks.
Bizzare movie with concerning crude subliminal props too. Picture of Karl Marx (communist), Shriner hat (masonic) and frog (occult).
This is a fun football film with a bit of murder. And an Inspector who wears many hats! My dad would have loved this for the football. Thanks, really enjoyed this. 🙂
An unexpected very good movie!! Inspector Slade was a hoot. THANKS Retro.
Come on you Trojans! 🤗
'A record crowd, an enormous crowd.' However the top tier of the stand is virtually empty in the shots of the match!!!??? Apparently match footage was of Arsenal's game versus Brentwood in May 1939, the last game at Highbury before the outbreak of WW2.
I downloaded this Thank you very much …
What are we looking for Sir? Damned if I know but w/ve got to find it Brilliant
Rare film, rare chance to see top English football team from 80 years ago.
Excellent movie!!!!! Many thanks for uploading. 😊
