What a treat to see all of those fantastic 1960's New York locations and those wonderful actors and that stunning cinematography; a true gem of the Mystery and Suspense Genre.
Edward Dmytryk was a very underrated director. I really enjoyed this … neo-noir film. Excellent script, well-shot and strong performances all around. Thanks for making it available.
Brilliant and elegant thriller, love it!
It was a well acted film, 30 years ago, when I first watched it
I remembered it quite a few times since!
Happily watching it again.

What an amazing movie. Tense till the very end. And it looks fantastic, 1960s New York in black and white. I had never heard of the gorgeous Diane Baker until now.
Gregory Peck was excellent in this movie. Story too was very good.
