  1. The flaw in this story is in the last scenes where the detectives are in the murders ( the artist ) flat and they see him crossing the railway yard coming home ! Since he was already coming home all they had to do is wait for him instead of going after him and chasing him all over to get him ? Does'nt make sense and this part lacks reality !

  2. “A banker's wife is murdered on Hampstead Heath and suspicion is divided between her husband an artist a bank official and a bookmaker.”

  3. I like when women say money is for spending not for locking away. But it's always someone else's money they are talking about. I guess selfish and greedy women were amusing in London back then

  4. Love the inspector whistling Hail Caledonia. Great movie, twists and turns. Surprises. Those birds drive me crazy. Love the banker's siamese cat. Such fun. Thank you. Easter 2022.

  5. Set up moment at 9 .00. Boyf : why didn’t you dodge across the railway lines. Pan to giant railway junction with Great Western Railway express train.

  6. Very much enjoyed this. I did not see the wonderful Honor Blackman but only the equally beautiful Ursula Howells. I had only seen her as an older and very beautiful actress on TV. So good to se how beautiful and talented she was. As a young woman. Thank you.
