Great cast.
You get a dislike for no opening credits.

Just hope the book is better, more 60's high brow , bit boring for me. Good performers not good story.
Can’t believe what a great cast this awful movie has!
I'm glad it's not just Americans who made bad films, esp. in this time period. What a pointless 60s/70s existential mess.
Well gosh that was ………
I LOVE the proper aurguments 😄 the British have
The book is a masterpiece
I watched this at the time wellknown play from Iris Murdoch out of curiosity since I had to watch it for school in a prestigious theater and I wondered how I liked it as an adult, well both times tedious and boring as hell, but Lee Remick is cool.
What the hell did I just watch?! This film isn't sure if it's a comedy or a drama (which I'm sure is intentional), but at least the cast is great, if the subject matter is a bit unbelievable or outdated. Looking back on all these sex comedies from the 60s-80s can be a bit cringeworthy.
Veryyyy boring dated film of its day, and a wasted cast. 3/10.
An unusual movie!
Claire Bloom is amazing… almost Goth. And when she gets the Japanese sword out – what's the music? Indian sitar hahaha!
6:10 the complete understatement of a Brit exclaiming that they are having an affair to their spouse: and their spouse's reaction 'alright darling if you're as much in love with him as all that perhaps you better go to bed with him' and 'Darling don't be so melodramatic' bahahahhahahha
WASTE OF TIME MYSTERY MOVIE; NO TITLE NO CREDITS, NO POINT!!!
I assume that it was a very 1970s comedy, and I enjoyed the triple (?) triangles or was it 5? Anyway, good acting and some very clever dialogue. I'd go to see almost ANY Lee Remick movie. I miss her! Thanks,
What film is this please?
Good old Ian. Keep yer socks on when bonking. Good lad, British to the core. Helps a quick getaway too. Girl must be English as well .. no cleaning herself after the event. Still, keeps the flies away from other people where she works presumably. I like the reality.
Beautifully-produced film; pity about the tedious subject matter. And why are the opening and end titles missing? A film thus denuded is like a book without a cover.
Many thanks to share this Ian Holm player' film.
